Detailed below is a brief outline of how to Lease a Property through Ray White.
- Your Ray White Property Manager will be your first point of contact and is able to assist you with any enquiries you have during the inspection and application process.
- When you have found the right property you will be required to complete a Tenancy Application Form. At this point you will need to supply rental references, evidence of income and proof of identification. You must also advise if you own any pets.
- After you have submitted an Application your references will be verified and the property owner will be consulted. Once approved, you will be required to sign a lease and provide two-weeks rent in advance along with a bond of one-months rent (refundable upon satisfactory vacation of the property at the end of your tenancy).
